Any advice for taking care of my new hatchling. it is just a few days old and I would like to know how the care of it differs from the adults. What to feed and tank set up. ETC

Easy to do

Paula, I'm in West Chester so it's good to have fellow Gecko people in the area.

The way I've done the past 200 hatchlings or so has worked well so far. I take them out of the container 12 - 24 hrs. after they hatch using a plastic spoon. I set them up in 5 gallon aquariums or similar sized critter keepers with paper towel on the bottom and egg crate for a hide spot. I also put a small rough rock in each tank to help with shedding. I don't know if they need it or if it works but I do it anyway.

I always put a little peach baby food into my CGD mix for the first two weeks. Maybe 15% baby food and 85% CGD. I spray the tank and leave them alone. I spray once or twice daily and change the food every two days. After two weeks I start with 5-10 day old dusted crickets along with the CGD. At this point I am using straight diet mix and no baby food.

Hope this helps. There are many different ways to set them up but the main thing for me is leaving them alone.
