hatchling HELP!

opened the incubator and 2 hatchlings hatched.
one is still attached to the yolk sack in the egg and the other doesnt seem to have absorbed it all has a little bit hanging out. have taking one out and left the one still attached to the egg in incubator.

What should i do?

When that happens, I put the gecko w/the sac attatched into it's tub with damp paper towel. The sac usually falls off a couple hours later.
