Hatchling specimen/ replica

I'm interested in a specimen or replica of a hatchling leopard gecko for an art project
I want to seal it in a giant false syringe
I've tried to sculpt one but I can't do detail that small those little bumps are hard to replicate
Does not have to be a real gecko as long as it has the shape details
