I dont think that's possible of leo dropping their tail many times. i doubt it.

They could drop their tail just once and grow back and never drop it again.

Where I used to intern we had a tokay on tail number 3. Came with a regrown tail and then for some reason dropped it again. I started working there when the tail was mostly regrown. It looked about the same as a normal tail but had a different color pattern and texture. Once a kid asked me, "if you cut off its tail with scissors would it hurt?":main_angry:...YEAH it'd hurt! Honestly, some people:main_no:.

Leos can drop their tails multiple times, I'm pretty sure (Like most lizards that can drop tails).

I've never had any of mine drop tails.

I've heard and read about leos dropping their tails multiple times. It will just never ever look like the real one again

Thankfully, my leo has never dropped her tail. I have read that they can lose their tails as many times as necessary through their lives.
