Today has been a somewhat eventful day with one of my females named "Red October" going into the lay bin. She has now been digging for hours and finally seems happy with her cave.

I can't wait for the excavation....

Yes, that would be correct that is the female however, the Red Desert was not a willing participant so his understudy DK from Damin Kayler is the father.

She laid 24 large eggs. Two were a bit smaller and soft so I did not package them up for incubation. This is her first clutch so hopefully all will go well and we will eventually see some babies.
