Head Bobbing

Is it abnormal for a gecko go bob his head up and down sometimes when just laying around? My 5 month old sometimes seems to bob her head up and down when breathing and basking when wakes up from midday naps. Her temps are fine and i use paper towels for substrate. I forgot to add that she eats well enough a poops once a day.

My gecko like poops 1 a week or 2, haha

when my leo sits there i see her bob her head once in a while, i only saw her do this like 3 times out of a year though.. usually i dont just stare at her lay there though. So i guess its normal
