Health hazard?

Hello all! Being as this is my first leopard gecko, I'm still new to everything. But I've been super cautious so as to not cause any problems. my Leo has always pooped in the same spot but slept in different locations. However I changed up the terrarium a bit and now she sleeps in the same hide as where she poops. (I have three hides and one covers where she poops. this is on the cool end along with another hide right next to it. the last hide is on the hot end.) Does her sleeping there cause any health hazards and if so how would I remedy this? Am I going to have to suffer having her "bathroom" out in the open?

Thank you for the help :)

I am not necessarily very experienced myself as I am also on my first gecko, though I've had her for a year now. My gecko did a similar thing where she'd poop in her favorite hide for some reason. I haven't had any health issues with it. Just make sure to spot check each day to clean any new poops. Also, if you use paper towels as a substrate, remember to replace those when they get relatively dirty too. Or, if you have reptile carpet like me, you need to wash it out every so often. I wash mine about once a month.
As long as you keep up to date on cleaning, she should be fine.
