Heat issues

Basically I'm wondering what to do about my setup.

The warm side stays in the 90's but the cold side gets into the 60's.

I have a heat bulb but I stopped using it because some people on here said it could hurt the gecko.

Let me know what you guys think!

Thanks! :)

I was told red heat bulbs are ok cause they provide heat and the red light is invisable to their sight.

The cool side is usually room temperature, so if you live somewhere fairly cold, you will want to add something like a ceramic heater lamp. Those will emit heat without any light. But do make sure the cold side doesn't get above mid 80's so they have a good temperature gradient.
