which would be the best bet for a first time gecko owner, im looking for something very easy to use that i wont have to mess with very often. right now i have overhead lighting and switching lights (between day and night) is a pain.

Large scale for racks and such, heat tape/flex watt. I'm guessing for your setup, heat pad, since it is only one tank.

Here was my first timer breeding rack. Made up my own plans! Turn out excellent but spent more than i thought! Around $250 total for everything but well worth it! Not all the way finished but had to start using it! Holds 10 large 28q sterilite containers and 4 16q med containers! Perfect starter breeder rack! Quality also! Built to last! Tell me what you think! Thought about posting the plans for anyone!

i have a bookshelf thing in my room that would make a perfect rack its got ten sections that would fit a 20 gallon tank in each section. but for breeding and all that. i dont have the time or $ to do all of that. i'll just keep one for now and eventually mabe have four. it would be cool to be able to breed them and stuff though.

try a set up like this then and buy appliance dimmers for the heat pad to get the temp around 88-92 degrees. i try to get mine to 90. The cool side to 75-77. check out the pic
