Heat Tape Question

Instead of using a UTH, I am going to use flex watt heat tape since it's cheaper and I've heard a lot of good things about it. I've read the basics on heat tape but I am a little confused on how to use it. Bigappleherp.com has 11" wide and 3" wide sheets. I am getting a 30x12x12 acrylic enclosure from glasscages.com and I was wondering how long and how wide should the heat tape be for an enclosure this size?

If you s 3" that mean its 3 inches wide by how ever long you want to order it..

I see your from dayton i am from the dayton mall area.. maybe we have met at a show?


if i were you id probably get 1 foot of the 11" and get a thermostat to regulate temps

Hello! I saw your site and you have some awesome geckos! Right now though, my mom is not letting me get the gecko yet as we are still debating between getting a red tail boa as well. As soon as she tells me I can get one, I'm definitely getting one from you .

How often do you attend the Cin City Reptile Show? I haven't been since April but I might be able to make it to the August show.
