Man My helix just quit for no reason! Anyone with experience ever had this happen? Is there a reset button lol...the display just isnt lighting up lol..

I don't have a Helix myself, but I've heard they have a fuse. Maybe you need to change the fuse.

Chris, that really sucks! I had my one month old Herpstat fail on me about a week ago. I contacted Spyder Robotics, and sent in to be repaired for free (the first time). It should be on it's way back to me. Mine apparently blew a fuse due to a brown out, so that was replaced. I don't have the option of getting a resettable fuse because those only operate 350 watts today, and I have 420. Kind of upsets me, but I hope once I get it back and plug it into a surge protector I won't have this problem anymore. Brown outs are a way of life out here in the country during winter time!
