Hey guys, how are you all doing? My name is Curran, and I'm from Colorado. I am a first time Leopard Gecko owner (Or pre-owner, I haven't bought one yet). I am very excited to care for one of my own. I have done some research on Leos but still have many questions. Any help is greatly appreciated

To start off, here are my questions: :help:
Substrate? I've read a lot about the issues concerning sand and calcium sand formulas and they can lead to impaction and possibly death, so that's a no-go. Reptile carpet seems like the right choice, right?
Is a ten gallon terrarium enough floor space (one Leo)?
Lighting and Heating? Any preferred lights/setups you care to share. Heating Methods/setups, tips or advice.
Feeding Schedule/Food? I will be feeding my Leo live Crickets, so how, and when (days/time of day) should I be feeding them? Do you feed in or out of the terrarium itself.
Calcium Dish? Is this required, how do the Leos use it?
Hides? How many should be in use, as well as dry or moist hides? Preferred hide type?
Light Cycles? For day and night.
Food Dish? Is a separate food dish a necessity?
Heat Rock? Is a heat rock a necessity?
Overall terrarium setup? Where to place hides, moist hides, water dish, food dish, decor, heat rock, underneath heat mat, lights/heat lamps, etc...
Where to buy? Should I buy a Leo online or buy one at a store like petsmart? If online, any good websites for quality and price?
UVA/UVB? I'm I correct in saying that Leos don't require UVA or UVB lighting, because they are nocturnal?
Any other terrarium objects needed? Anything you care to add.
Additional care tips or advice? Again, anything you care to add.
