The term "Chocolate Albino" is given to albino leos that, when incubated purposely or accidentally at a low temperature, express darker brownish coloration. It is not an actual morph, merely a color variation of one. There are no genetics to it, the dark trait cannot be passed down to offspring.
My guess is that it's a RAPTOR incubated at a low temperature and expresses a darker hue. I'd love to see pictures.
