Hello all! Just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Jen and I'm a mom to two boys. Last summer we had the pleasure of taking care of my sons playschool leo. We really enjoyed "Echo". I also learned a lot, and I think made some great changes to his environment (cleaned out some yucky old sand, switched to paper towel substrate, made a moist hide, did a little interior decorating!). The teacher had been relying on an old "Taking Care of Your Leopard Gecko" book, and was very interested to hear the tips/advice I had learned after visiting different websites and forums (including this one!).
We've been considering a leo of our own since he went back to school. I'm considering maybe in September after summer holidays are over and we're sure to be home all the time (we have a couple of longer trips planned this summer).
Anyways, I'm having fun planning things out and learning even more about these great creatures. I look forward to chatting with everyone!
