Hi my name is Jenn and I'm new to this site. Im a leo enthusiast. My oldest daughter got a leo at our local pet store and I fell in love lol. I did tons of research and learned about all the amazing colors they come in and I was hooked. Hoping to make friends on this site. Since I try to talk about my leos to my current friends, they smile and listen, however they are not following really what Im talking about :D. With the exception of my youngest daughter who is just as passoinate about them as I. Can wait to talk to you all.:main_laugh:

I know the feeling! It's rough when there's something you're passionate about that nobody else seems to understand. Leos, and reptiles in general have been such a great hobby for me. They make can be very therapeutic as they're rather simple animals and very fun to watch.

They're very addictive though. I started with one, my mother fell in love so she got herself one.... And now we have a total of 6

Yes they are addicting, my daughters started out with 2 and now I have 30 plus 3 cresteds. I know the number seems insane, honestly I had not really counted them until just recently, when a young man at agway asked me why I was buying sooo many crickets. He was pleasantly surprised as he wished to have his own leo projects at some point in his future. My daughter and I decided to do some breeding projects after searching for my geckos and could not find them in my surrounding areas. I used to breed exotic birds, for 12 years, then about 6 years ago I had to have surgery on my hands and could no longer do it. I was sad as it was my favorite hobby and I had made a name for myself in the birdworld. I hope to do the same with my leos.
