HELP ASAP! HELP!

I opened the lid to my gecko tank a few minutes ago and picked up my gravid gecko from a small log that she was sitting on and quickly checked her belly, put her back and stopped. She went stiff and essentially had a soundless scream and her tail and back legs twitched and swished rapidly. I panicked slightly and picked her up, holding her to my chest until her body relaxed and quickly put her in her moist hide and came down here to post, I can't get to the vet as I don't have a car to post with and I am so scared! She is currently pregnant and the eggs are in perfect condition, she's healthy, her calcium levels are good, I don't use any chemicals while I am cleaning and I am panicking right now!
Please help me!

It sounds like the gecko panicked. If there's no visible wounds (it sounds like there isn't any), then I'd just watch her, and make sure she acts normal.
