My gecko has been passing on food the last few days and I came home today to find her shed stuck, her shoulders bloody and her eyes kind of sunken in and odd. She has a moist hide I mist everyday, proper hides and paper towels lining a 45 gallon long tank. Her diet consists more of meal worms than crickets but has never had problems before. I've had her almost a year now. Please help! I don't know what to do other than a warm bath and I'm not sure what I'm dealing with. The most I can do is contact a veterinarian in the morning.

Here's her picture:

Looks like a very bad case of stuck shed at the least. Warm baths or "gecko sauna" humidity treatments may help, but if she can't work it off herself, you may need to help. The only thing to be very careful of is her stuck eyecaps. You can try warm water or pure saline eye drops (no additives) to drip onto them to soften them up. Then, very gently brush her eyes with a wet cotton swab after they've soaked for about 15 minutes. If they do not move easily, do not rub or pull, as that could damage her eyes. You may need a vet's help if they don't come off in a few days.

What sort of calcium and vitamin supplements have you been using on her food? Sometimes, vitamin deficiencies can cause problems.

Filling out this survey would be helpful:

Filling out the questionnaire like indyana suggested would help a lot. My guess would be a severe vitamin deficiency or a burn caused by improper over tank heat or a combination of the two. She definitely has quite a bit of stuck shed and probably needs vet attention ASAP.
