help defomity on hatchling!!!

my new male mack snow has hatched today, and he seems realy thick, he looks like he has no eye lids and he cant close his eyes, his head is bigger than normal and he looks like its about to pop, will he grow out of this, or keep it forever.

If the baby has no eyelids, it will not be able to close it's eyes. The eyes will then dry up, and the gecko will become blind. If the gecko is blind, it cannot feed on it's own and will die. In severe cases of this deformity, the most humane thing to do is to put the hatchling down.
