Help! Found this little guy in my garage

Found this little guy in my garage this morning. May be a western banded gecko? Also I think it may be sick anything will help! Thank you!

Aww he's cute but doesn't look like he's doing fantastic. I would be super careful about having him in your house if you have other geckos. Whatever is bothering him could spread to your pets. Personally, I don't think wild geckos that are sick do well in captivity. Even though they would probably die in the wild putting them through the stress of living in a cage with huge "predators" around probably doesn't help. I know it sounds cruel but if the species is native to your area I would let him go and let nature take it's course

Yeah...I tried to feed him and he wouldn't eat. I feel so sad but I am gonna go let him go in the desert by our house. Poor little guy
