help heat problem!!!

i just notcied over the weekend my uth spiked up and heat rose to almost 100. will one of them uth regulators help me get the heat down.if so any recomendations.

the esu brand also show the temp in the tank but would it work with any uth ?

I use the Repti-Temp Rheostat, it's the cheaper way to control temps and it works just fine, you just have to watch the temps throughout the day as room temps go up and down. You could get a thermostat, but I have no experience with thermostats, so hopefully someone else can help you with that.
