Help I think my tarantula is having trouble molting

My rosehair tarantula has been molting for about a day and a half now and I am starting to get a little worried. I have read online that this can be normal for older tarantulas but I still don't feel that it should take this long. I am not exactly sure how old she is but I have had her for a little over 5 years now and she was probably 2-4 years old when I got her.

This all started on saturday night. I came home from work and she seemed to be acting really strange and I thought she was dying. Well on Sunday morning I woke up and she was on her back molting. (so she began molting sometime between 1-6:45am) and it seemed like she was pretty much done.

I have never actually seen any of my tarantulas molt (I have 4 and I always just come home and see a molt in their tank) and Belladonna (the tarantula this post is about) has only molted twice in the 5 years that I have had her.

Anyhow.....when I got home yesterday she was still molting but she wasn't on her back anymore. I really don't want to stress her out by touching her and I know that trying to remove the molt can kill a tarantula. I have been looking at her all day and it seems that she is done molting but her legs are all entangled in the legs of the molt. It seems like the molt is just resting on top of her.... she is right side up and the molt is upside down on top of her.

I know that she has been walking around the tank because every time I go check on her she is in a different spot in the tank.

I kind of want to try and gently pull on the molt to see if I can get it off...I just don't want to end up hurting her. Does anyone have any ideas on what I should do???

**I have already raised the humidity in the tank to make the molting process a little easier**

Most Chilean Rose Hairs are wild caught so I wouldn't be surprised if your T is older than your guess. How much is the humidity right now?

Normally (for the last 5 years that I have had her) its between 55-60 % but I had it at about 72% while she was molting. That seems somewhat high to me for a rose hair but a lot of people I talked to said to raise it to 70-80% while she was molting.

Yea, my cousin told me they don't like it too humid. Maybe you should try raising the humidity more next time( unless that was the last molt).
