Hi everyone!
I got two new geckos this last week and am not really sure what they are. The two I already have are both hypo carrot tails from my understanding.

I consider this my first venture into trying to figure out gecko morphs lol. I love genetics so this is all very interesting to me, and how to get the morphs all makes sense to me but telling them all apart I'm finding to be tricky! I found a really helpful website but still having trouble.

A few years ago I'd gotten a sick blizzard. He lived about a year (long than expected!) and I've wanted another ever since. The reptile store in the area said they had one, and that she'd been there for months because no one was interested. I went to see her and although I thought, this doesn't look like a blizzard to me, I bought her anyways. Her head and tail are that white/purplish color but her back and legs are yellow. So idk if she's really a blizzard or not. Maybe a banana blizzard? Or patternless even??

My other one I actually got yesterday. He's my first boy! I'm thinking he is a rainwater/las vegas albino because of the dark eyes that he's got.

Here's a pic of the two of them

And since I'm on the subject, I guess I'll ask for opinions on my hypo carrot tails (might as well make sure that's what they really are!)
This is Ronniey,

And this is Piper

Thanks everyone for taking a look at my geckos!

I'm not sure about the first, but I agree that the second looks like a Rainwater. Ronniey is a Super Hypo Tangerine Carrot Tail Baldy (SHTCTB), Piper looks like a Super Hypo Tangerine, I don't see enough orange on the tail to call her a Carrot Tail. Nice group, and welcome to GF!

I agree with the Patternless ID... but I think the albino looks more like a Bell... However, I'm not a real expert. It looks really similar to the Bell that we have though. Maybe an eye shot would help some experts ID?

Thanks everyone! Here's a shot of the albino's eyes, I hope this one is more helpful.

I think his name is going to be Honeyboy. I've just been calling him that, because he's soo friggen sweet. Ronniey and Piper are very independant, I'm not used to having a leopard that is so affectionate lol. Well, affectionate for them anyways :) He loves being held so far and doesn't mind being picked up at all (ooo that's a good way to tick Piper off!)

So what does the Baldy in SHTCT mean?

PS The Patternelss is named Evie now :)

Okay thanks! I thought the Tremper has pink eyes, glad I asked!
Lol ok the Baldy part makes sense in the name then, although she's older than that picture now and does have some light spots on the top of her head. So that makes her just SHTCT then right?

Yep she's just a SHTCT. Trempers have light silver eyes. But they sometimes vary.

I guess my eye for albinos hasn't gotten any better lol. He seems pretty brightly colored for a Tremper.

Bells are the most lavender and Rainwaters are usually the lightest but I think this is just a light Tremper because Rainwaters aren't very common.
