HELP...large lump on my leppard geckos testical

there is a large bump forming on one of my geckos balls its hard and it brings discomfert to him when it is touchd...eney body know whats up?

He will need to see a qualified reptile vet asap, whether it's an prolapse or something else, to keep from getting an infection.
