Help Me Delete my Sims 2 game, ugh

UGH! My computer makes me want to throw it out the window. I'm a Sims 2 fan and have a bunch of games when I noticed that one of them was installed but wasn't appearing in my game so I said let me reinstall them to see if it's being overshadowed by something or if there's any issues with the copy. Anyway I uninstalled one game and it went fine. I tried to uninstall another one and NONE of them want to uninstall, I just get the hr glass for like 2seconds than it goes away.

I've tried deleting it using CCleaner, I used the remove tools in the Control Panel and even went to the program itself and hitting the uninstall button and NOTHING! I don't know what to do.

Haa erm, I don't know thats got me stumped, are you saying you have two copys of the game? like sims 2 + extra packs.

It's not two copies but I have almost the entire collection which is the base game + 8expansion packs and 4 stuff packs. I wanted to try the base game with the Holiday stuff pack that isn't showing up in the game but I can't uninstall anything.

Damn somones addicted, If all else fails, you might have to boot up to your failsafe copy, and re-install everything.

Or if things really go tits up, a rebuild might have to happen.

This computer is having issues left and right lately. First I have an issue with my sound card then my video driver fails right after updating it now I can't uninstall anything.
