Help me pick one

I have made up some logos, the second one is my current logo but I wanted a new logo which is transferable to other forms of media. Please help me decide which one my personal favourite is the last one but it is kind of boring. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

The font on the second one just looks cleaner. Maybe if you did the last design with the second font and color. The black and red looks good together and I like the line at the bottom to tie it together

Thanks everyone i am going to get new fonts and play around with the last one to make it look cleaner, i will post something when i am done.
