I have a rescued Leo who at the time seemed sluggish. I got her pepped up and then she had a few bad sheds. Since a month has past i have noticed her legs swelling a little bit. I got her in the bath to see if I could Loosen some dead skin or something. Is this anything any of you have had experience with? Pleas don't tell me it is some kind of Bone Disease? She gets her meds and she has warmth....

What do you mean she had some bad sheds, was she kept in the correct environment for shedding, as in having a humid hide with a rough surface where she could rub up against to help remove the skin

I have a Humid Hide and the temps are right on all sides of the tank. I noticed one shed she couldn't shake loose a little skin. I helped her and then the swelling thing started. I think It mat BE MBD.What can i look for? She has plenty of Calcium and dusted crick's.....

She needs a hide that has a rough rock like surface so she can get the skin off herself. Metobolic Bone Disease typically manifests itself when the geckos limbs appear to bend in a manner inconsistent with its typical walking pattern. There are plenty of videos you can watch at youtube demonstrating this. If Her leg is swolen where the stuck shed was its very likely it could be bruised or injured in much the same manner as a persons leg swells when they incur a significant contusion.

If worst comes too worst and it is MBD what is Next?......Her legs look bowlegged so that is why i think this? Thinking back on it she kinda always looked this way.......I think she may be in trouble.

If it is mbd then it the deciding factor on whether much can be done depends upon the age of the gecko and how long they have had the disease. Younger geckos are able to overcome this disease with a higher rate of sucess than older adult geckos. If you take your gecko to the vet he will probably prescribe a liquid calcium med to try and strengthen your geckos bones. The catch is if that the gecko has had the disease for a long time, then her bones even if they are corrected with the calcium may still retain their mbd shape and thus she will never be able to walk correctly.
