It just shown up, dunno if he hit smth or this is some physical dmg or some dead skin, or either its some black spot...

well, could he have hit it on somethin'? it doesn't look swollen... is it tender to the touch?

Well, hitting smth was what i thought, its pretty normal no reaction for touch. Its like a new color on his face, but its kinda weird, first time i see smth like that. And to be honest im a bit worried about it. Will see in 2-3 days how it looks, but if it will get bigger then it will scarry my pants off.
