Help Tail Wound (Graphic Image)

I rescued this beautiful girl with this tail wound i have been putting neosporin on it i just got her yesterday any advice would be appreciated i do not have a herp vet close they are over 60 miles away

That looks REALLY bad and I don't think you can deal with something like that at home. Therefore, I am telling you to go to the vet. Wait for other opinions, but that is what I would do. It kinda looks necrotic(sp). Good Luck.

good news she dropped that whole portion minutes after i posted i put antibiotic on the stub+

Thats good. If the infection or whatever that was starts to infect the remaining part of the tail take her to a vet.

its looks really good above the break now and i put Neosporin on it right away but i will watch it closely
