I checked on my male giant this afternoon and found this. My guess was hemipenes but dont know what the white part is..? Any ideas? I have soaked him in sugar water solution and he is on moist paper towels. I spoke with my vet and told me to keep it moist and to keep doing what I'm doing but without seeing it there wasn'y much else he could tell me except take it to the emergency vet(he is closed until mon). I have never had any experience with prolapse before would just like advise on if I can treat it until mon or if the emergency vet is needed(as ER vet is not exotics speacialized where mine is). Any advise is greatly appreciated.

Not quite sure what the whiteish looking part is. Maybe a sperm plug? I had this problem with one of my large males. I used preparation h with aloe. It took about a week and a half but now he's as healthy as ever. I also did the sugar water too and left him on wet paper towels.
