Help!!! What should i do

while i was away one of my babys tried to hatch
i noticed that hes trying to hatch with his down yaw up
what should i do??
i cant see any breathing motion either:

Is there any way to get a picture of that? I'm not sure what a "down yaw" is, is something wrong with his jaw?

Sometimes they rest for several hours before they come out all the way...don't panic!

i means that he tried to hatch belly up
