I see a faint set of pores so I'm going with male, unless someone else corrects me.

It would be easier to tell with a better pictures of the entire area. It's hard to tell if I see bulges or not at that angle. 4 months is also pretty young to be sure.

I do see the pores, but I wouldn't want to say male for sure without a better angle on the bulges.
