Help with MBD

I search for a good advice to help these 2 geckos.
They take food and lot of suplementation every feeding time. I give them the same Calcium + Vitamin D3 suplementation like to all my other geckos.
Please help me bring to feet again these geckos.

They need to be seen by a reptile vet for a treatment diagnosis.

Here in Bulgaria don't have reptile vet at all. I need good treatment for MBD they really don't know what MBD is...

well that is a pickle. its not going to be as straight forward as just fixing the MBD. if it were just in their front legs would be an easyer thing to do but they look like their spines are effected to :S
