Help with temps

Hi there, since 2009 Ive been keeping leos. It was pretty easy to keep them since i was living in a place where temps and humidity were perfect. Now I move back to my original place without my leos and i want to start again. The problem are the temps, now where I live during winter the max is no more than 10C (Around 50F) and min of -5C(22F) so I will like some feedback on how to maintain the enclousure for leos during very cold days... Only the matt or should i add something else?

What size is your tank?

It will probably be 10 gal tank

Under tank heater plus a ceramic heater for backup in case the UTH doesn't quite do the job.
