Slurry:

Handful of mealworm
Teaspoon of Leo reptivite calcium powder
1/4 cup waxworms

Blended. This is what I use. I gutload the worms so I don't have to add the other stuff. Probably not the best but it works for me.

Hills Pet food. Prescription pet food. Looks fancy, I wouldn't worry about it as long as you can find a high quality pet food. Use http://www.petfoodratings.net/ or http://www.dogfoodanalysis.com/
I personally use Taste of the Wild dog and cat food for our animals. Amazing stuff. All natural. Rated very high everywhere.

The Ensure is usually used as a geriatric dietary supplement. High protein.

Again, maybe you can find a euro equivalent or use a HIGH quality pet food for your protein booster. This is also probably used to make your mixture a bit soupy. You could also just use a bit of water.

Pedialyte is an electrolyte drink/solution. Salt water more or less. Maybe you can find a Sports Drink like Gatorade or something similar. More calories means more additives like sugars. Pedialyte is low on calories compared to regular sports drinks. Maybe that is why it was recommended.
Hope this helps.

Just to clear things up a bit-

The US brands have Euro equivalents. A vet's office will have canned cat food specifically for sick kittens, that's loaded with good stuff and safe for reptile consumption. Though it's a prescription item, I'm fairly certain they would sell you a can. Ensure is a lactose free nutrition shake that's high in protein and calories, sold in the dietary section of grocery stores. Pedialyte is a children/infant drink given to prevent dehydration during illness. In the US it is now available in some fruity flavors, but for animals it should be plain unflavored. I wish I knew the Euro equivalents :)

Zoie, the drug store may have the shake as well, wouldn't hurt to inquire. If you don't mind, would you let us know what brands they recommend as the equivalents? Since this has come up before, it would be helpful for other members in the UK.

Hope everything goes good!
