HELP!

Hey guys.. So my gecko acts pretty healthy. Moves around, eats, poops, the whole 9 yards. However sometimes when he poops this clear bubble thing appears!? What on EARTH is this!? I'm worried I thought it was the silicone at the bottom of the cage (the jelly stuff) but then I switched him from a aquarium to a terrarium. The terrarium still has that stuff but its not really sticking out. I just don't know what it is? I attached a picture so you guys can examine.
Have any ideas to fix it? Can I suck tape the silicone on the cage? It's mostly pretty covered I just don't understand

It dont look like silicone, what ever it is looks natural. Maby just a bubble in his poop...

Just looks like a bubble to me. I wouldn't worry.

Weird, try putting a double folded toilet paper where he usually poops, it makes it easier to clean up. Doesnt seem like silicone, and silicone probably wouldnt melt when ingested.
