HELP!

i think my leo had a hard time shedding and her skin got infected....how should i go about cleaning it up...it scared the crap out of me as soon as i saw it....ive been out of town and my friend was taking care of them and he did not use any types of cleansers or anything in the cage but im scared and she is one of my favorites....not that it matters but still shes close to me

I would soak she in water about 80 degrees for about 10-15 minutes. That will moisten all the left over shed and make it really easy to peal it off if she can't. Allow some time after you soak her before trying to help shed.

Make sure that your neosporin isn't the knid with the pain medication added. Our vet said that it can be VERY bad for lizards.

Thank you Ipsl....yeah I would hate for someone to put the wrong kind on their poor little one and say well Ruby said to do it!!!!! I would feel AWEFUL!

You know, that looks a LOT like a thermal burn to me. Please check your surface temperatures on the warm side of the gecko's enclosure to make sure it is around 90-94 degrees.
