One of my females laid a nice clutch yesterday, and i put them in right away. at 87 degrees F

I check this morning and the temp increased to 91-92 ( I have 3 temp devices in my incubator) I just turned them down a few degrees.... will it harm the eggs? being above 90
?

How long were the temps that high? I would keep incubating the eggs and see what happens. How long has your incubator been running? I plug my incubator in at least a month ahead of laying to make sure I have it set where I want and to make sure I have no temp fluctuations.
