I had a leopard gecko get out of my rack system back in august, since then i have gotten out of the hobby and sold off all my supplies. Well guess what... he turned up last night in the back of a closet. Looked pretty bad, he has used almost all of his fat from his tail and the rest of him is pretty skinny. I have him in a tub in my bathroom with a space heater going and a water dish in there, he has drank quite a bit of water and perked up a little bit, I also went and bought some meal worms and put a few in there, HE HAS NOT touched the meal worms, acted like he was thinking about eating and then didn't. any ideas to get him to eat. I keep my house 68 degrees year round because I also have a large saltwater aquarium that I cant let get to hot. I assumed he was dead a long time ago and actually kind of forgot about it. If he lives I will be keeping him. Please help with any advice you might have for me.

Bathtubs are cold! Go to a 24 hour drug store or walmart and get a at least a 6qt but preferably 15qt, and a human heating pad to put underneath part of the tub. He's not going to eat much, if at all when he's cold. Poor gecko, glad you found him. Good luck :)
