Help!

I have two leos and they both have problems, but I don’t know exactly what they are. Noel, my albino leo has a weird looking tail. The tip of her tail has excess skin from her last shed and it looked kind of bubbly. I took her out of her cage and very lightly poked the bubbly part of her tail. It popped right away, so I think it was a blister. I don’t know if it hurt her or not, I hope it didn’t. She’s very skinny, but I think it’s because she has laid two eggs as it is getting close to spring. This usually happens, is this normal? Whenever either of them are looking skinny I give them Repta-Aid, which is like some kind of fat/protein powder that you mix with water and feed to them.
Vinny, my patternless leo, has a strange looking mouth. I don’t know if its mouth rot or not, but it’s been like that for a few years. Every time he sheds, a layer of skin gets stuck on it and I have to peel it off, but it doesn’t hurt him because it slips right off.
I’ll post pictures of both of their problems, I don’t know if anyone can help but I hope you can! I’m only 16 and I don’t really know what I’m doing with them and I’m a little surprised that they’ve both lived for over 5 years.
I can't fit all the pictures on this one thread so I'll post another one with the rest.

Hey. I don't really know what to say about the tail really. When they shed a tiny amount of fluid is produced between the new skin and the old to make them seperate. could be that because the tail bit got stuck more fluid was produced to leaver it off?? I really don't know. either way you should always check tails and toes for left shed as constriction is EXTREMELY painful for them. I see shes missing toes too :(
Even after spring she shouldn't be that skinny, shes bordering on dangerous, any more weight loss and organ damage will be irreversible.
I would suggest you book a faecal sample test at your local vet and a check up for her because if shes got parasites then no amount of repti aid will help her put weight on.

Do you keep her with the male?? If so then she needs to be separate right away for a few months to let her build up strengthen up again. Laying eggs is the last thing her body need right now as they take a lot out of them to be produced.

Sorry if I wasn't much help, best place would be a vet. :)
