Hi I just want to know if one of my gecko are het eclipse. I've read in Ron Trempers book that the eclipse in the only morph that you can visually tell hets. ( kind of like a het pied ball python). Het pied ball pythons have the "train tracks" going down along each side of the tail. The book says that het eclipse geckos have numerous small black speckles on the tail. One of my geckos have it under her tail. So I was wondering if anybody have an example of that. Thank you.

Ps: how do you post pictures?

I've never really noticed, but I know the genetics of my animals and know right away if they're hets or not. Sorry I can't be more help. I've just never noticed anything with the tails being different. I've produced a lot of het eclipse. I'll have to go back through my pics and see if I notice anything.

I think this is something to help guess at it if you have a bunch of possibly hets. Like in ball pythons the "Het Pied Markers" are not 100% and many think nothing of them anymore.

I have produced about 50 Het Eclipse animals and all have different looks....
