If I breed Bell het Eclipse X Bell het Eclipse any offspring that are not RADAR will be Bell 66.6% het Eclipse right? I just want to clarify that since I usually only see 50% or poss hets labelled.

Correct. All the non RADAR's have a 2/3 chance of being het Eclipse.
