ok, what im confused about is...how do i know if the babies are het raptor themselves or is thier no chance any offspring will be het raptor? there jungle albino by the way, iv posted pics before (someone thought one was a dookie aptor but im not sure....)

If you are talking about just the eclipse gene (and not the pattern, which you should really take into account when considering RAPTORs, but that complicates the issue), then the non-eclipse offspring would be 66% poss. het for eclipse - the same as for any other simple recessive gene.

cool, so all babies that do not have full eclipsed red eyes will be 66% chance het for raptor even though both parents are only het themselves??

The eyes of the RAPTOR offspring may be snake-eyed rather than fully eclipsed, but any that are not either snake-eyed or completely eclipsed will be 66% het. for eclipse.

eclipse being the ruby eye i.e. whats tinned at 'het raptor'?

and there 66% chance of being hets right? cos 25% will be not het and 50% will be het but you cant tell so there all labled as 66% right?

Yes, although if you look at this thread http://www.geckoforums.net/showthread.php?t=8933 Alberto is saying the eclipse gene isn't simple recessive...so you might not get exactly what you expect!
