Hey, long time no see! Beardie question!

I've got a question for you guys...

Can beardies and iguanas free roam together? My friend wants to introduce an iguana to her free roaming beardies.

That just didn't sound right to me. Wouldn't the iguana hurt the beardies, even if she did manage to set up the right temps and everything for both species? Then again, I don't own beardies or Igs...that's why I'm asking you guys.

Definitely wouldn't reccomend it.

How do they free roam, anyway? Do they have lamps set up in the house?

well i don't have any experience with iguanas, but....common sense would tell me not to try it.. i personally wouldn't want to risk injury to one of my animals. they are two different species. i would tell your friend, it's not reccomended

i wouldnt not only for the fact they are from 2 different areas and climates of the world. but inguanas get much bigger and become very protective of territory durring breeding season at times. at least with the 2 males that i owned. and they get bigger than beardies
