Just wanted to send out a quick hello.
My family and I are new at this Gecko thingy. My daughter has been bugging me for a gecko for about 6 months now and we have decided to get her one for christmas. We haven't yet picked out the special one we are just working on setting up the tank. Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.

Hey, welcome to the forum. It's always great to do research before getting a gecko.
What city do you live in? It's always best to find a breeder near you, as pet store reptiles are usually in bad condition. What species do you plan on getting? There are different species and have different care requirements.
Get her one as a late Christmas gift, it will take some time to do all the research, but we are here to help!
