hi my name is Genevieve and i am trying to find for information about gecko to see if they are the right pet for my familly.

i already have a 50 gallon aquarium. i think it should be big enough for a gecko


i ll be ready about how to set up the tank and about what to feed them. if you have any advice about *what not to forget* just let me know

Hi and welcome to GF! I bet if you do a quick hunt around you'll find lots of advice about tanks. A 50 gallon is pretty big, especially if your leo is young. If you are getting a smaller leo I might consider using a smaller enclosure until it is closer to 50g and installing two UTH on opposite sides of the tank so the leo does not have to travel too far to meet it's temperature needs Good luck!

With a tank that big you could probably run a feeder colony inside it with your leo
