I actually feel like I can answer this one as my pairing this year was SHTCTXHIGH YELLOW/LAVENDER
I would say pic one is gonna show more tang. and probably Hypo out to a super hypo
Pic two more high yellow. Hard to tell right now how 'hypo" he/she will be as the bands are fairly solid and dark.
As for the carrot tail part you can not tell that from the start as the carrot starts to develop as they grow. My best Carrot tail this past season didn't start developing the "carrot" color till atleast 10grams and really showed nicely at 15-20grams. Also I would be careful about calling them baldy until they are much older. I had one hatchling that was COMPLETE baldy then just before the family came to pic him up he developed 5 spots on his head. When he left me he was 23grams. Here is a pic of one of my babies first pic taken on june 5th...second on june 24th. So you can see how he went from barely any carrot on the tail to some nice orange coming in.
You can see how much they change in just weeks...also this is the baby that developed 5 small spots like points to a star on his head!!!!
