This is my best red stripe pair in terms of color. I have been working on this project for 5 years - linebreeding to produce red/orange striped geckos with high white and minor dark pigment. Due to cooling, the male isn't as colorful as he used to be, but the female - even after cooling - shows awesome color still!!! They are both 2 years old. Female produced eggs in 2009. They are currently housed together, but she has not laid any residual eggs since December. They are not directly related, but they do share the same grandfather. Male currently weighs 71 grams. The female is 40 grams (pre-breeding weight was 55 grams).
