Does anyone know any good hognose snake breeders that will be attending the NARBC in Anaheim?? Please give me a link to their website and their phone number.

Here are the websites of two prominent hognose breeders. I don't know if there going to NARBC, but you could always contact them and ask. I'm 100% sure there will be hognoses there. Oh yes, and if BHB is going, they may bring some.
