Alright so I figured if I was making a rack I should take pics and share my ideas. What I did was basically made a stereo cabinet with extra shelves. Whole unit made from one sheet of 1/2" plywood. I used the nice stuff, but you can get flake for like 20 bucks. Here's some picks.
Kicker for bottom:

Started from the bottom and worked my way up. 7" in between:

Switch to 4.5" at top for hatchlings:

Strips of ply nailed on the back double as back support and a place to hang wires for heaters:

You get the idea. Two containers per shelf. Mated pair per container:

8 containers or 16 pairs of geckos. Or 8 individual geckos. Three top shelves for hatchlings:

Will post more once I get insulated mat and 5" tile. Shelves measure 22"x15" four twelve tiles per shelf. Heat mat between containers in back makes four mats for 8 containers.
