Housing together 24/7

Hello everyone! I just have a few questions. I was wondering, what is everyones opinion here on housing a male/female pair together in a 20 gallon long terrarium 24/7? I know that breeding will be inevitable, so how often do the females lay eggs? Do they ever stop and take a 'break'? I wouldn't want her to become weak or stressed or something. I haven't purchased the female yet, but the breeder says she is smaller in size and lays only 1 egg per clutch, but she does just fine. I will post a picture of my male and the female I want to buy below. If anyone could tell me the possible offspring, that would be great.!

Here is the female, a Bell Sunglow.

I have a male and female housed together 24/7 with no complications. Thyough it must be said my male is very docile and hardly a bother. As far as the breeding goes my female follows the regular season and takes a "break" in the off season like any normal gecko. They live together quite happily. One thing you would want to make sure of is that your female is not too young to breed, usually over 1 year of age is aceptable and that your male isnt much larger than your female. Good luck.

I'm not sure if you've run into the "over 50 grams" advice for females, but it's better for the female if they are. I'm not sure the female in your picture is 50 grams, her tail is a little small (and she's sun-shiny gorgeous!). I'd keep them separate for a few months to let her build up a weight "buffer", to be on the safe side...if she were my gecko. I try to get mine in the 55-60g range first, actually.
